Columbus Fire Department

Many stations around the Columbus Fire Department have their own logo. Members of House 19 wanted to be more than just a number, they wanted the neighborhood recognition, camaraderie, and pride that comes with a unifying mark.

Our contemporary design marries CFD history with the hard work first responders of Clintonville put in day in and day out. Flames may rise, but the shield always protects.

While the client utilized the mark for employee shirts, sweatshirts, coffee mugs, and small stickers for personal vehicles, our recognizable design could easily be applied to emergency vehicle and bay doors for a more pronounced identity throughout the neighborhood and fire department as a whole.
